What is a Virtual Assistant?



A virtual assistant is a personal assistant who works away from your premises. That means you can have all the advantages of a PA without them taking up space in your office – or, more importantly, the associated costs.

Of course we can be there to work with you in person if required. The great thing about a VA is that you can use our services as much or as little as you need. Some of our clients choose to have a monthly contract with VTM but others need the flexibility to increase or decrease the amount we work for them in line with demand. This is particularly the case for start-ups and SMEs, growing businesses, companies in exhibition seasons or individuals with busy schedules.
