A virtual assistant is a personal assistant who works away from your premises. That means you can have all the advantages of a PA without them taking up space in your office – or, more importantly, the associated costs.

Of course we can be there to work with you in person if required. The great thing about a VA is that you can use our services as much or as little as you need. Some of our clients choose to have a monthly contract with VTM but others need the flexibility to increase or decrease the amount we work for them in line with demand. This is particularly the case for start-ups and SMEs, growing businesses, companies in exhibition seasons or individuals with busy schedules. The point is that a VA is a service that is here to serve you.

CALL HANDLING

We are happy to help with all aspects of call handling. We can arrange to have your numbers routed to us when you are busy, out of the office, on holiday or off sick. Alternatively, we can handle all your incoming calls and send details to you that you need to handle. We are happy to have a list of common questions so that we can answer questions intelligently. We also use a whisper system so that the call is identified to us as we answer it and so can greet the caller as you prefer.

We can also offer support for online chat services, SMS messaging and all other forms of communication.

CUSTOMER CARE

Customer care is an area of expertise. Whether it is confirming an order, making appointments or helping with questions or even problems. We are experienced at all of these - and more besides! 

We've also got one of the best little black books in the business. We've found a chimney sweep in Cornwall, a prop plant for a live performance with 24 hours' notice and organised a branded gift wrap for a client's client who didn't know where he was. In short: if you need it doing, we'll find a way to do it and take the hassle out of your hands

 
 

OFFICE SUPPORT

Organising printing, mail-outs, ordering supplies and stationery, post and archives: trust me, filing and general office planning and organisation.

Many of our team are experienced secretaries, so we'll have your audio file, video or recorded call typed up professionally and quickly. The same goes for data input: we've been in Excel, Insightly and other CRMs more time than you've had hot dinners.

Whether it's business or personal, we'll make sure there are no clashes in your diary and can provide tailored lists of what you need to do and when. We'll get you from A to B, in this country or around the world and, on top of that, we can make events, birthdays, dinner reservations and presents happen in no time at all and to your budget

BOOKKEEPING AND CREDIT CONTROL

Cash flow is vital to all small businesses so why not let us make sure it keeps flowing - and you know where it is!

From line-by-line bookkeeping to VAT returns, year end accounts and expenses management to cash flow documents, Annie is a FreeAgent Expert and is used to many other SME accounting packages, including Xero, Quickbooks and Kashflow.

Annie has also worked as a credit controller for several clients and knows how important it is to keep a friendly relationship with clients' account departments when invoicing – even if they are well overdue! 

 
 

MARKETING SUPPORT

We are happy to offer website design and social marketing support to our clients. We can also offer content writing for blogs or other websites with the accompanying links for Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

From booking exhibition stands to resourcing them, arranging for installation, hiring staff and caterers, ordering the goodies – or standing around waiting for that vital delivery so you can concentrate on your clients. We've done the lot, both in the UK and overseas. Just tell us what needs doing and it'll be sorted. (Don't ask how many flights we've booked to Düsseldorf. Oh, and we are best friends with AirBnB!)
